FaceBook may have to face the music!

A judge Boston will decide tomorrow if upcoming(?) very popular Facebook has a copyright case to answer. The founders of ConnectU.com, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and Divya Narenda filed a copyright infringement case against the social networking site, facebook in 2004.

Although Facebook is has been relatively new, (it opened it's door to public last september), the site has 31 million users worldwide, with membership now growing faster rate than its main rival's, MySpace, which has 60 million users.

Feacebook has turned down offers from giants such as Yahoo, which supposedly offered 1Billion. But the lawsuit is not helping it's ambitions of going IPO etc.

Zuckerberg, the founder has rejected the claims and will appear in the Boston US District Court on Wednesday, where Facebook will present its argument for the case to be dismissed.

Facebook has already filed a counter-suit alleging defamation.
