I came across Atomkeep which is in beta and they are promising to keep all your accounts strewn all over the internet in one place and synced.
I did register myself and there are multitude of netwokd supported and many more are on the way. I have not tested much yet but the attempt at solving the information and network overload seem to be happening. I think it is time that we could manage all our accounts from a single point.
