Senate Votes Down Keystone Oil Pipeline Construction

The U.S. Senate narrowly voted down construction of the controversial Keystone XL oil pipeline bill with a vote of 59-41 on Tuesday, falling one vote shy of the threshold. The pipeline would carry petroleum from Canada to Gulf Coast refineries,with no real benefit to Americans.

According to Google Policy Blog, People on the hill will be posting videos direct from their Washington offices, as well as clips of floor speeches and committee hearings alongside additional behind-the-scenes footage from Capitol Hill.
