Twitter On iOS Will Let You See The Newest Tweets First

Twitter
Twitter updated its iPhone app today with a major change how your tweets show up in the app, see tweets in reverse chronological order, meaning now the the newest tweets at the top of your feed. It is a change from how Twitter has been promoting tweets, popular tweets would show up ahead of the most recent tweets.

The change will appear only on the iOS app for now and Twitter says that an update is also coming to Android soon. If you were using the web for your tweeting, this was been available on Twitter's website for a while.

With the new update, one can quickly swap between reverse-chronological and top-tweets first mode. All you need is:

Make sure your Twitter App is up to date.
    Open Twitter on your phone.
Tap the new "sparkle" icon on the top right of the app.

If you would rather do it on the web browser, visit Twitter.com:

    Log into your account.
Click your profile picture on the top-right.
Tap the Account option on the left menu.
Under "Content" make sure the box for "Show the best tweets first" is unchecked.

Happy Tweeting!
