"All the other Web 2.0 tools we have evaluated are either much more complex or suitable only for very small applications," said Eljakim Schrijvers, CEO of Eljakim IT, as he confirmed that his company had used ActiveGrid – an Enterprise Web 2.0 solution for application developers – to build an attendance tracking system called Carel, a web-based, e-government application that manages student attendance in the Netherlands to improve the graduation rates.
